Not at all. A lot of people start yoga to improve their flexibility, balance and mobility

What should I wear to yoga class?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is ideal such as leggings, joggers, shorts, or a t-shirt. Bare feet are standard in most yoga classes.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

I you have one, please do, If not I usually have some spares.

What happens during a first class or taster session?

A first class usually includes a welcome, a gentle introduction to breathing and movement, and basic poses. There’s no pressure to keep up or do everything perfectly.

What if I'm not fit enough for Yoga

Yoga is for all fitness levels. I will take all fitness levels and experience into account. I won't make you do anything that isn't at your own pace.

Can I attend if I have a health condition

Often yes, but its important to check with a healthcare professional first that is safe to excercise and inform me so I can make suitable modifications.
